A SONG IMPRINTED ON MY MIND

There are many songs that I know all the lyrics to. Usually when I listen to music, I sing along. Maybe that's why I always seem to have a song stuck to my head.

If I would have to choose one song that I find unforgettable, that would be Fix you by Coldplay. I think that the lyrics of it are very beautiful and intelligent. I always listen to the lyrics of every song more than the melody, so it's important to me that they make sense and have something actuall to tell. The lyrics of this song tell about trying your best, even if life always isn't that fair to everyone. My favourite part of it is the part where Chris sings : " But if you never try, you never know just what you are worth"

Fix You reminds me of a lot of important memories. Even it is in a way a kind of a sad song, it still makes me feel happy and calm whenever I hear it. And if I ever had a chance to hear it live in a big stadium, I would possibly be the happiest girl alive.

Thank you speech

Winning this Oscar as the best actress in a supporting role is a great honour to me. When I got the role as Adrianna in Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris, I was really exited. I have always been a fan of the golden age of Paris, just like my character was. I felt like me and Adrianna had a lot in common, and I really enjoyed acting this role in the movie.

For this Oscar, I of course have to thank my lovely co-workers Owen Wilson and Alison Pil, who always backed me up.

I also would like to thank my family for supporting me with my career and for always being there for me whenever I needed. Special thank you goes to my mom, who still calls me every evening at the same time just to make sure I am ok. I love you mom.
The biggest thank you tonight will anyway go to our dear Woody Allen. Thank you for making this movie possible and for letting me be part of it. I am forever thankfull for this experience.

A movie review

Inception

Inception is a movie about a man who can enter into a person's dreams. It has been written and directed by Cristopher Nolan, and was first released in July 2010.
Leonardo Di caprio is Dom Gobb, who has been hired to plant an idea trough a dream into Robert Fisher JR's (Cillian Murphy) mind, so he would distroy his father's legasy. Di Caprio does an amazing performance as usually, and so does Ellen Page as Adrianne. She manages well to look sweet and innocent when needed, and very fierce in the action parts of the movie. The biggest thank you from the greatness of the movie anyway should go tho Christopher Nolan, who manages to keep the complicated and vivid story easy to follow all the time. Inception captures the mind of the viewer so powerfully, that it feels like waking up after finishing the movie.
Inception is one of those movies, which can make you both cry and laugh. It has actually some good humor in it, and it feels natural, not forcibily maid. On the other hand, Inception hides one of the most tradical love stories since Titanic, and that can definatelly make the romantics cry.
All in all, I can highly recommend this movie to anyone. It won't leave anyone cold.
